As the world is trying to adapt to the new reality, fronteasy still ensures that both your house and our personnel, are being looked after in the best possible way.

 

The early effects of this global crisis have been felt in our Aegean neighbourhood as well and, as everyone, we are doing our best to keep our business running. Please rest assured that your needs, as well as the well-being of our employees and partners, are our highest priority. As such, the entire fronteasy team remains fully operational during this time. Our admin team is fully enabled and tested for remote working, ensuring protection and minimum exposure, while our field technicians are still attending to their duties on a daily basis, keeping a vigilant eye on your property and its upkeep. The nature of the work of the latter is almost solitary (attending your house individually, or in teams of two), meaning there is neither risk to their health nor disruption to our services. At the same time, as responsible and active members of the local community, we are fully compliant with the official guidance and governmental measures.

 

We would also like to take the opportunity to let you know that in the past few months we have been working in the background to optimise our processes and be able to offer more value to our services. Within this context and to mention just a few of the improvements, we have acquired and fully implemented an electronic maintenance management system for the monitoring of the open issues of your property and our reporting (www.onupkeep.com), we have invested in the professional development of our field engineers, we have opened our new offices in Alyki and we are just about to roll out a new commercial scheme, offering a wide range of high-quality swimming pool expendables and equipment, at the best possible market prices.

 

Although the current, unprecedented conditions changed our plans and prevented us from sharing the good news formally, we wanted to let you know that we look at the future with optimism aiming to continuously improve our services and remain as the one-stop-solution, not only for your pool but for your complete house and your needs in the Aegean. The most valuable asset of fronteasy is our people and we are committed to continue our investment, tangible and intangible, to the expansion of our team, despite the current difficulties.
